The highest number of supported TUBITAK 2209-A projects among architecture departments in Turkey is from our students! Just like in 2022.

What to do but being proud of this?

This year, 7 research projects of our 10 students were deemed worthy of support. Their brilliant photos and project topics are in the visuals. Dear young people and our advisors who never withhold their support! We are proud of you and wish you all a successful process. Continue on this path…

Together with all our professors, we are building research niches at different scales in our Faculty and Research Center, from undergraduate to graduate, from academic staff to external stakeholders. TÜBİTAK 2209 projects are one of these niches. All these niches make important contributions to the formation of a large research environment, a research universe.

These niches would not have been possible without the opportunities offered by our university, its indoctrination and motivational contribution. We are grateful to our Rector Prof. Dr. Mahmut Aydın, the esteemed members of our Technology Transfer Office and other directors. Moreover, this success has spread to the whole university. Samsun University ranks first in Turkey among universities with the number of projects supported in proportion to the number of students.
